2026 BGB Annual Meeting (Zoom)
The BGB Annual Meeting will be Saturday, October 10th, at 1pm on Zoom. The business meeting should be fairly quick, with the rest of the time devoted to next year’s Havoc.
Agenda:
- Elections for officer positions. If everyone is not aware, Gordon stepped down as president due to other commitments (and he’s been doing it for many years). So vice-president has taken over as president (that’s Steven) and officer at large has taken over as vice-president (that’s Mark).
- The hotel contract has been signed for next year (April 2-4) at the Marlborough Best Western again. Tim has already made the down payment for that.
- Any other club business
Members who wish to attend should contact Steven Parenteau via the mailing list and he can send you the link for it.
You can become a member by paying our yearly dues of $20.00. Members run Havoc! and organize games.
